At Lodge Cast Iron, we strive to provide the highest quality cookware and customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please read through our return policy below for information on how to return your product and what to expect during the process.

1. Returns Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at info@lodgecastiorn.store or call +1 847-715-4183 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that we cannot accept returns without a valid RA number.
  3. Packing the Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or parts that came with the product. The RA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping the Return: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
  5. Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to exchange or refund it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report any issues.

To return a damaged or defective item:

  • If the item is damaged, please include photos of the damage to help us process your return quickly.

We will provide a prepaid return label for items that are defective or damaged during transit. If an item is deemed defective, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
