1. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping options. The available shipping methods may vary based on your location and the size of the order. Below are the general options:
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Arrives within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
- Overnight Shipping: Arrives the next business day if ordered by 12:00 PM EST (subject to availability).
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on external factors like weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, and holiday schedules.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your delivery location. You will be able to see the shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order.
We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States. Please note that this offer may exclude certain promotional or clearance items, so be sure to check the details during checkout.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. If there is any delay in processing or fulfillment, you will be notified via email.
4. Shipping to International Locations
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States and its territories. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international locations outside of the U.S. For international customers, please check with local retailers or distributors for availability.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey to your delivery address. If you do not receive a tracking number or need assistance tracking your order, please contact our customer service team.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their size or weight. If an item in your order is not eligible for shipping to your location, you will be notified, and we will work with you to make alternate arrangements or issue a refund.
Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for your delivery.
